Algebra

 The students have finished the first seven chapter of their Algebra text.  We will soon be moving into solving systems of equations.  We will also continue to work on factoring algebraic equations.

History

We will soon begin working on World War I.  We have covered the progressive era, and the students have been working on African American projects.

Literature

We are currently working on ISAT preparations, which is also a wonderful review for high school.  In the near future we will also read The Hobbit.  This novel is on several high school summer reading lists.

Science

We are currently finishing up our unit on chemistry.  We will begin our physics unit in the next few weeks.

   Pre-Algebra

We have just completed a unit discussing percentages on proportions.  In the unit we will cover solving algebraic equations.
